A reservation is considered confirmed once the required reservation payment has been received and the reservation has been confirmed by Palms La Union or the applicable booking platform.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation.

Special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by Palms La Union.

2. RATES AND CHARGES

Rates are based on the room, dates, number of guests, package, promotion, and booking channel selected.

Additional charges may apply for:

Reservations made through Agoda, Booking.com, Airbnb, travel agencies, or other third-party booking channels may be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform.

Where payment was collected by a third-party platform, refunds and payment reversals may need to be processed through that platform.

6. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Guests must comply with the published check-in and check-out times.

Valid identification may be required upon check-in.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests must settle all outstanding balances and applicable charges before departure.

7. OCCUPANCY

Guests must comply with the standard and maximum occupancy of their selected accommodation.

The maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded.

Additional guest charges may apply when the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy but remains within the maximum permitted capacity.

Undeclared guests may be subject to applicable additional guest charges.

8. CHILDREN AND INFANTS

11. GUEST CONDUCT

Unauthorized gatherings may be stopped immediately.

Guests may be charged for approved event-related services, security, cleaning, damages, or other applicable costs.

13. SMOKING AND VAPING

Smoking and vaping are prohibited in designated non-smoking areas.

Guests may be charged for cleaning, deodorizing, restoration, or damage resulting from smoking or vaping in prohibited areas.

14. PROPERTY DAMAGE AND MISSING ITEMS

Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the room, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and other property.

Guests may be charged for damage, loss, breakage, or removal of Palms La Union property caused by the guest, their party, or their visitors.

Charges may include reasonable repair, replacement, labor, transportation, cleaning, restoration, or other necessary costs.

15. EXCESSIVE AND DEEP CLEANING

Additional cleaning charges may apply when a room requires cleaning substantially beyond normal housekeeping.

Examples include excessive spills, stains, bodily-fluid contamination, excessive waste, pet-related cleaning, smoking-related odor or residue, or other excessive mess.

Deep / Excessive Cleaning: Actual cost, minimum ₱5,000.

Where the actual cost of cleaning or restoration exceeds ₱5,000, the guest may be charged the actual reasonable cost.

16. KITCHEN AND PROPERTY EQUIPMENT

Guests must use kitchen facilities, appliances, utensils, and equipment only for their intended purpose and in accordance with applicable instructions.

Outside caterers, suppliers, vendors, and other third-party service providers are not permitted to use Palms La Union kitchen equipment, cooking equipment, appliances, utensils, or other property without prior authorization.

Guests are responsible for damage resulting from improper or unauthorized use.

17. FACILITIES AND AMENITIES

Facilities and amenities are subject to availability, maintenance, weather, safety requirements, and circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Palms La Union.

Temporary interruptions to electricity, water, internet, telecommunications, or other services may occur.

Palms La Union will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services when possible.

18. POOL, BEACH AND JACUZZI

Guests use pools, jacuzzis, beach areas, balconies, stairs, and other facilities responsibly and at their own risk, subject to applicable law.

Guests must follow posted safety rules and instructions from Palms La Union personnel.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.

Palms La Union shall not be responsible for incidents resulting from guest negligence, reckless behavior, intoxication, misuse of facilities, or failure to follow safety instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

19. WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE

Palms La Union may be affected by typhoons, severe weather, flooding, landslides, earthquakes, government orders, road closures, transportation disruptions, utility failures, public emergencies, and other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

If Palms La Union is unable to safely operate because of such circumstances, the property may modify, suspend, relocate, or cancel affected reservations as reasonably necessary.

If Palms La Union remains open and operational but a guest is unable or unwilling to travel due to weather, traffic, transportation disruption, or personal circumstances, the reservation remains subject to the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy unless otherwise approved by management.

20. LOST AND FOUND

Guests should immediately report lost or misplaced items.

Found items will be handled according to Palms La Union’s Lost and Found procedures.

Shipping or delivery costs for returning an item may be charged to the guest.

21. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during their stay.

Guests should use reasonable precautions to secure their belongings.

Palms La Union shall not be responsible for loss of personal property except to the extent required by applicable law.

22. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE A STAY
